Fun facts about the states!

We are looking for fun, wacky, interesting, or just straight facts about our beautiful United States.  You can post anything from state birds/flags to the number of kids in 1st grade per state, it is up to you.  We are looking for uncommon facts though, not who the presidents are, etc.  Try to have a little fun with this blog and maybe we all can learn a little bit of something.
